Shipping and Returns

All NZ orders over $150 will receive free tracked shipping!

We send all orders using New Zealand Couriers, where our standard shipping option is delivered to most places within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 11am on Friday or over the weekend will not be shipped out until Monday morning. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. It is important to select "rural" shipping if your parcel is being delivered rurally.  

Authority to leave/no signature required can be requested at checkout, however Lash and Beauty Lounge Ltd will be unable to assist in the event that your order is lost, this includes no refund or replacement. For this reason we recommend selecting the tracking option for your order.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package has left our hands and has been given to the shipping company – it is unfortunately out of our hands. Please call New Zealand Couriers if you believe your package has been Lost or Stolen, and they can open a claim for you.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase and order number.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any items due to change of mind mistakes on the customers behalf, and certain products such as lashes, tweezers, adhesives or liquids/removers. Unfortunately we cannot except returns on any sale items.

Any issues with your order need to be emailed in writing to info@lashandbeautylounge.co.nz within 14 days of receiving. We may require the goods sent to be couriered back to us at our cost.

We do not carry any responsibility for change of mind of your order, or glues going off due to hot weather/being incorrectly stored. We are not responsible for retention issues with adhesives/liquids.
